Add to this corporate acquisitions, mergers and reorganizations and you get an environment in which management, teams, and individuals are struggling to maintain focus and productivity.
This dynamic and interactive presentation provides structure and solutions to help you move toward achievement of business objectives while reducing personal stress. A personal Action Plan will be developed to help participants make immediate use of what they have learned.

Time and Stress Management
Two of the major obstacles of personal and professional effectiveness involve the ways we manage our time and our stresses. This dynamic and interactive presentation provides solutions for these problems and blends two days of training into one. Participants will identify and focus on the modifiable circumstances that produce the fruit of overload and lack of control. A personal action plan will be developed that addresses the root of the problem and helps bridge the gap between knowledge gained in the seminar and applying the actions immediately. Participants are encouraged to bring their calendars or planning systems to the class.

Wellness and Balance Workshop
Four in ten Americans describe their lives as highly stressful. A successful balancing act between family and career is becoming rare and often takes a toll on both aspects of daily life.
In this workshop, we will examine the building blocks of a healthy lifestyle considering the four major components; physical, mental, social-emotional, and spiritual health. Participants will develop a Personal Wellness Plan and construct a behavior-modification tool designed to bridge the gap between good intentions and healthy life-long action.
